Article 2 :- Mobile Phone


The mobile phone has become an important tool for communication. However, its use while driving has become a significant concern in regard to road safety. At present, rules and regulation to restrict mobile phone usage while driving has become the centre of attention for law makers in most countries.


Furthermore, he does not cause risks to others and himself when answering a call while driving. He will either switch off the phone or just let it ring if it rains or if traffic is bad. Then, he will continue with his conversation. He does not use the mobile phone while driving unless is ‘hand free’. This leaves both hands free to shift gear and to steer the wheels. This enables the driver to focus on his driving. A savvy mobile phone user adheres to several mobile phone rules or etiquette when driving. When using the hand free or ear phone, there is less attention deficit.
Apart from this, the savvy mobile phone user uses it wisely under ‘tricky’ driving situation. However if the call is important, he will stop his car by the side of the road. As a result, he does not endanger the safety of other drivers. In short, talking on the mobile phone while driving is dangerous. A thoughtful mobile phone user who drives should ensure that he does not become a public nuisance.

For me, although mobile phones are very important in our life, but it also has advantages and disadvantages to people. The uses of mobile phone depend to their owner how they used it as the statement state; he will stop his car by the side of the road to answering the calling. If he has partner in their car, the partner can help answer the phones call for the people’s driving. Then, it can prevent who drives from the dangerous and the driver can focus on his driving
